Full Circle Condiments combines our love of sustainability, food and booze. By utilising odds + sods from our spirit production, we are minimising the quantity of highly edible (and delicious!) fruit pulp/juice/zest or spent botanicals that are sent to landfill. 

 

We've been wanting to do a chocolate collab for quite some time, and we finally found the perfect partner with Jeanette from Planet Cocoa! Freeze-dried, gin-soaked Damsons left over from the production of our super seasonal Damson Gin have been ground with the cacao and a little raw sugar to make a rich and thick dark chocolate with flavours of sour plum, juniper and boozy gin.
