Boozy Damson Preserve is a blend of hand-pitted gin soaked Damsons left over from the production of our super seasonal Damson Gin and Queen Rosa plums. It's a little bit sweet and a little bit tart - a perfect accompaniment to pates, terrines and cheese platters.
