Baked pastry scraps see G & T lemon tart cut into small bites
Cream cheese/mascarpone/fresh ricotta/goat’s curd
Fresh herbs (e.g.: dill/chives/parsley/fennel fronds)
Dijon mustard/lemon zest/salt + pepper
Smoked salmon or trout
Flavour your cheesy element of choice with chopped fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, lemon zest and season. Top with some smoked fish and devour.
