Have your choccie fix, and your gin too!
45ml Aussie craft gin
2 tsp tonic syrup
Cocoa powder/icing sugar to coat
Chose a good quality chocolate, whose flavour profiles match your chosen gin/tonic syrup.
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave or over a Bain Marie, stirring regularly.
Fold in the cream, gin and tonic syrup and allow to set in the fridge.
Once set roll into balls and coat in cocoa powder. Store in the fridge (or freezer for a firmer set!)
The variations are only limited by your ima-GIN-ation! In the pic above we've used our The Journey gin and echoed the flavour of the native muntrie by rolling in a combo of muntrie powder and icing sugar.
