Dirty Chai
An Espresso Martini with an Imbue twist!
Serves 1
60ml All Seasons Gin Liqueur
45ml Cold brew coffee
2 drop of wattleseed extract or pinch of ground wattleseed (both available from Indigenous food companys and select spice merchants)
15ml egg white or acquafaba
Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker - this helps to build up a nice foam to your cocktail. Add ice and shake again until well chilled and strain into a frosty coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a mix of chai powder or cinnamon sugar and ground wattleseed.
