Suburban Gin
Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel through to the melon notes of prickly pear and jammy blackberry undertones.
Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pear’s unique melon notes, stir into a dirty martini with dill pickle brine (recipe here) use a glug or two when curing salmon or mix into a vinaigrette to dress leaves being served along side seafood dishes.
