Full Circle Condiments combines our love of sustainability, food and booze. By utilising odds + sods from our spirit production we are minimising the quanity of highly edible (and delicous!) fruit pulp/juice/zest or spent botanicals that are sent to landfill. 
 
Spent botanical salt is a blend of pink lake salt from Mount Zero in Western Victoira which is harvested in collaboration with the Indigenous custodians of the region, The Barenji Gadjin Land Council and our ginny botanicals. Use as a dry rub to marinate meats/cure fish, as a seasoning on cooked or raw veg or as a rim for your cocktail glass!
