Makes 1 cocktail
45ml Suburban Gin
20ml fresh lime juice
15ml Lavender syrup (available from gourmet food stores)
Thinly sliced cucumber to garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake all ingredients until combined and chilled.
Pour into a tumbler and garnish with cucumber.
